What a great day! 19 stalls, plus tea, coffee, burgers and bacon butties – all under a beautiful blue sky. Thanks to the hard work of the Car Boot Team under the leadership of David and Eileen Hocken, the Food and Drink Team (most of whom were also the people who gave us the fantastic pancakes on Launch Day), and the Fundraising Committee, we raised over £500 on the day. Coupled with over £400 raised at the Ludlow Choir concert in the evening, this was our most successful day so far for fundraising.
Wach this space for details of the next Car Boot, July 18th in conjunction with the Summer Fair.
