Joint service with St. Paul’s, Chichester and St. Peter’s Westhampnett on Ascension Day 2009. The service was followed with a fish & chip tea and the launching of lanterns.

Have you signed up yet? The first draw will be made after the service on Sunday 6th December.
Sunday 3rd May saw the launch of the 100+ club at St Paul’s. For £5 per month members of the congregation enter the draw to win up to £50 per month – with a 1 in 100 chance of success, better odds than the National Lottery. Full details and standing order form will be available in church from Sunday 17th May.

We did it!! The walkers made it to Evensong at St Paul’s, joined by members of the St Paul’s Chichester congregation who had made the journey up to greet them as they arrived. Keep an eye on this site for more photo’s and more info on the walk.
Looking Good Before we Start - only 75 miles to go!!We made it!The end is in sight!
At the end of August an intrepid team of 8 from St Paul’s will attempt a 5 day walk from St Paul’s Church, Chichester, to St Paul’s Cathedral, London, a walk of over 75 miles, to raise money for our Building On Success appeal. The walk will end in time for the gallant band and their supporters to join the Cathedral for Evensong.

On Sunday 19th April, the Building on Success team gave out over 100 tubes of smarties. In return for the free chocolate, welcomed by many in the congregation who had abstained from chocolate during Lent, the committee asked them to fill the tube with cash. The tubes will take 35 £1 coins, making them on of the most expensive sweets on the market when the tubes are returned! However, the congregation were advised that any loose change could be donated, and that it was a great way of including children in the fundraising activities. One enterprising member of the church sold individual smarties to work colleagues for £1 each.
Tubes are due to be returned on Sunday 31st May. Details as to how much has been raised will be published during June.

Come and join us for an evening of wine – tasting, teaching and testing! You don’t need to be a wine expert to enjoy this evening, come and taste different wines from around the world, all available locally. If you like what you taste you may be able to purchase a bottle of your favourite on the night.
Plus chance to wine a half a case of wine!
Cost is £8 per person, including wine and nibbles. Tickets must be purchased in advance from Parish Office or Fundraising committee members.
