The Meeting to Elect Churchwardens and the Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 5th April in Church, to receive reports and questions on all aspects of church life, and elect new members of the Parochial Church Council (PCC).
The Church Electoral Roll: to stand for office and to vote you must be on this Roll, and to qualify for the Roll, you must be baptised, over 16, and either live in the Parish, or have attended St Paul’s for at least 6 months; or both. Enrolment forms are available from the Parish Office and the back of the church and must be returned to the Parish Office by Wednesday 16th March. You are warmly encouraged to be enrolled as a member, to come to the Annual meeting, and to belong fully to your parish church in this way.
There will be elections for four places on the PCC, which has practical, strategic and financial responsibility and oversight of our parish life, mission and buildings.. It meets normally 9 or 10 times a year, from 7.30 pm until 9.30 pm on the first Tuesday of the month. Would you have something to offer?
Team Leaders and Organisers: Please send your Reports to the Parish Office as soon as possible so that Persephone can publish them well before 5th April.
