Today saw the licencing of Peter Kane, so that he may be a lay worker in the parish!
The short service took place around the alter at St.Paul’s, with around ten members of the congreation there to support him – one from as far away as Conventry!
Peter will be ordained as Deacon some time in the next couple of months, but for now he will continue to serve in the beneface as a lay worker.
