Taize is a style and pattern of worship originating from the Taize Christian community in France. The simple and multi-sense style is as popular today as it has been for the last few hundred years!
We hold regular Taize services held at St.Pauls’s Church, City Centre and St.Wilfreds Church, Parklands. These take place at 8.20am on Sunday mornings and are held in one of the two churches.We have recently introduced a ‘tea-time’ Taize, so that more people can enjoy this style of worshiping together!
Our Taize services are always family friendly, welcome and not too long! Many families come along, and bring with them their friends and relatives too! The morning services are followed by a free bacon butty!
