St Paul’s Office – Tel: 01243 533403 (The office is open from 9.30am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday). There is an answer phone when the office is closed.
Activities taken care of by the office include Church and community administration; funerals, weddings, baptisms, thanksgiving services and other church functions. In addition, we run events for members of the Church family.
At St Michael’s Hall, the office helps organise a range of events. These include Tea and BCP at St Michael’s Hall at 3pm on the first Sunday of every month, Rainbows, Brownies and Guides, private yoga classes and two art groups. It’s also possible to book private events, such as AGMs for local organizations.
The office is responsible for hall hiring for both St Paul’s Church and St Michael’s hall. These include events such as children’s parties (for primary-school-age children), meetings, classes, music exams and regular paid-for activities such as Slimming World and Rock Choir. We can arrange banners to promote some of these activities, where appropriate.
Please let us know if you would like to organise non-profit-organisation events – we provide as much support as we can and have hosted outreach events such as ‘Spirit Body & Soul’, run by the Alzheimers Group charity event.
