Outreach work


St Paul's has an active presence in local schools: leading assemblies and assisting with religious education as well as having a pastoral presence in the staff room.
Harvest Festival at Central
We create prayer spaces in the schools and the schools are made welcome in St Paul's church  for termly services.

Members of the church serve as governors in our local  schools 

 
Children's Pilgrimage to Walsingham 
Our children of Primary School age join with Chichester Diocese group to attend the Walsingham Childrens pilgrimage in north Norfolk.

Sadly the Walsingham Children’s Pilgrimage was not happening this year.

However the team at the Shrine have decided to run an online pilgrimage this year. Called Footsteps of Faith,the whole weekend will be available via this link https://www.walsinghamanglican.org.uk/worship/childrens with material being posted there from 1st March so you can get readyto join in. It’s free and there’s no need to register.

 



May Camp  
Our young people have the opportunity to join other young people from across the Diocese for a weekend camping with activities, games and Worship. This event is organised and managed by the Diocese of Chichester Children and Youth Department.
