St Paul's Chichester

boys brigade

We are very proud to be the home the 1st Chichester Boys' Brigade and Girls' Association (known as ‘The 1st Chichester BB’) .

Over 20 children between 5 and 11 years old meet every Tuesday from 3.30-4.45pm during term-time, enjoying a mix of activities including games, skills, crafts, music, cooking and challenges that give the kids a chance to earn badges in our 5 key areas of Body, Community, Creativity, Mind and Spirit.  We aim to help our children to reach their full potential by providing opportunities to meet together and engage in a range of fun and developmental activities and experiences.

The group is led jointly by our youth leader, Liz Yonge and Father Simon Holland in his role as Chaplain.  We are ably and enthusiastically supported by a volunteer team including Susanna, Katrina, Nick, Barry and Tracey!

Fees are payable termly and are around £20 per child per term, with sibling discounts available.  There is also be uniform to buy and we will aim to make this as inexpensive as possible.  We do have a bursary fund so please don’t let money be a reason not to come!  Contact us for a confidential discussion and we will always seek to find a way forward that allows us to welcome your child.
