Christian Aid Lent Lunches
On five Wednesdays in Lent churches across the town will be providing simple bread and soup lunches to raise money for Christian Aid.
These will take place from 12noon-1.30pm at Christ Church in Old Market Avenue
March 12th, 19th, 26th,
April 2nd, 9th
St Paul’s is responsible for the lunch on 19th March and your support would be much appreciated (and on others days too).

Main events
Saturday 3rd May 7.30pm at St Paul’s
A joint concert with the choirs of St Paul’s Choir and Paul Gerhaerdt Church, Alt Schoneberg, Berlin. Concert followed by refreshments in the Parish Centre. All welcome.
Sunday 4th May Bring & Share lunch after the 10.00am Parish Eucharist
The whole congregation is invited to join in –a chance to meet and get to know our visitors.
Sign up sheet at back of church for people to indicate what they will bring.
Beating the Bounds (usually a Rogation Sunday tradition) will follow the lunch. Further details nearer the time.
Donations towards the expenses of the weekend welcome (place in a marked envelope and hand to the office, give to Jeannie Taylor or Canon Paul or use one of the card machines and inform us of it)
